Alpha Fiduciary, Inc. is the investment adviser of the Fund and has responsibility for the management of the Fund's affairs, under the supervision of the Trust's Board of Trustees. The Adviser is a registered investment adviser controlled by Arthur T. Doglione. The Fund's investment portfolio is managed on a day-to-day basis by Arthur T. Doglione. The Adviser provides investment management services to individuals, families, trusts, estates, pension and profit-sharing plans, and other entities.

Mr. Doglione is the President and Senior Managing Director of the Adviser. Mr. Doglione has co-managed the Fund since its inception. Mr. Doglione founded the Adviser in 2006 as an Arizona corporation, and its address is 20645 N. Pima Rd, Suite N-225 Scottsdale, AZ 85255. Mr. Doglione has a degree in finance, investments and portfolio management from Arizona State University. Prior to forming he Adviser he served as a Senior Managing Director of U.S. Fiduciary (2006 to 2007); a Senior Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch (1992 to 2006); and a Senior Financial Consultant at Paine Webber (1988 to 1992).
